Post of Joy keeps visitor information limited, purposeful, and privacy-conscious.
What We Collect
The contact form collects the name, email address, optional organization, subject, and message a visitor chooses to submit. The newsletter form collects an email address and consent. Kindness Wall messages are anonymous, moderated, and must not include personal information.
How Information Is Used
Contact information is used to respond to the inquiry. Newsletter information is used only for Post of Joy updates. Kindness Wall notes are reviewed before public display.
Retention
Submitted information is retained only as long as needed for communication, moderation, safety, and operations.
